Alma/Primo Sandboxes

WRLC has three premium Alma/Primo sandboxes, with data and configurations from the following IZs:

• American: https://wrlc-amu-psb.alma.exlibrisgroup.com  - [ Primo ]
• District of Columbia: https://wrlc-doc-psb.alma.exlibrisgroup.com  - [ Primo ]
  
• George Washington: https://wrlc-gwu-psb.alma.exlibrisgroup.com  - [ Primo ]
  

There is also a premium sandbox for the Network Zone:

Restrictions

One library does not permit access to certain types of data by staff outside of their institutions under any circumstances. Access will be controlled through the use of Alma roles.

• George Washington: ACQUISITIONS data is restricted to George Washington staff only (including GW Law and GW Health staff)

Permitted Uses

• All sandbox use must be coordinated through WRLC to avoid possible configuration and data conflicts.
• Sandboxes with UDC and American data and configuration may be used by staff from any WRLC library for any purpose.
• Sandboxes with George Washington data may be used by staff from any WRLC library, subject to the restrictions outlined above.
• The Network Zone sandbox may be used by the WRLC Network Zone Manager.
• Exclusive use of a functional area of a sandbox may be scheduled by staff from any WRLC library with approval from the Alma/Primo Advisory Committee (APAC) and scheduled by WRLC.

Access

Sandbox accounts and roles will be scheduled and provisioned by WRLC Central staff. To request access, complete the Sandbox Access Request Form.
