- On Hold Shelf Letter - managed in and distributed from the NZ
- Ful Resource Request Slip Letter (Pull Slip) - managed in and distributed from the NZ for all IZs except the SCF.
- Ful Resource Request Slip Letter (Pull Slip) - managed in the SCF IZ
